We are looking for a Product Developer Assistant for Our Legacy and Our Legacy Workshop menswear and womenswear Ready to wear to assist the Product Developers in their daily work with the products.

In this role you will be working with product development and production processes across all categories: woven, jersey, knit, leather, shoes and accessories.You will be assisting Product Developers in their specific areas, getting a broad insight to the work with developing well made, high quality products.

You will work close to the product and with our suppliers keeping and developing well working routines. The Product Developer assistant works efficiently and focused with several seasons and plannings side by side.

The work environment at Our Legacy is creative and energetic. You will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm.

TASKS (include but not limited to):
· Support the Product team in the development and production processes, sending out and following up on samples
· Working with sample checks, commenting and approvals, assure the highest quality of each product
· Raise, send and follow up production orders
· Daily communication with suppliers
· Product data input and continuous updates in the PLM system

PROFILE/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelors degree in fashion or management
· Experience in a similar position is a plus
· Ability to assist several people and to work independently
· Creative problem solver with a calm and focused approach to tasks
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cycles
· Product knowledge and attention to detail
· Good organizational and planning skills, balancing multiple, and often changing, priorities in a fast-moving environment
· Good Excel, Adobe Illustrator and In-design skills
· Fluent English. All other languages are a plus
